A rapidly growing restoration company is seeking self-motivated, dependable and reliable individuals that are responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations at job sites. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, water extraction, moving furniture, flooring and drywall demo, carpet/pad removal, and comfortable using various types of tools and specialized equipment. This is a physically demanding job and must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, endurance and the ability to concentrate on their tasks while following all safety guidelines. Our laborers must understand and communicate information and direction to the Mitigation Manager. Members are exposed to a variety of harsh working conditions including heat, humidity and mold and will be required to comply and wear PPE gear when needed. Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance. This position requires walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing, repetitive pushing, pulling and working in tight spaces. Experience in previous restoration is a plus, but not required. This is a great opportunity for those who want to start a career.
