Press release from the Portland Business Alliance: October 4, 2021 Despite the continuing economic challenges of COVID-19, we know many small businesses have found footing in seeking ways to innovate and grow. Do you know a small business ready to take that next step? Our Small Business Management Scholarship Program is now accepting applications for this year's program. This program is conducted by Portland Community College's Small Business Development Center in partnership with the Portland Business Alliance, greater Portland's Chamber of Commerce.
