HILLSBORO, OR — Marijuana may be legal in Oregon but that doesn't mean that there isn't illegal grows and other activity going on. Just ask the Washington County Sheriff's Office. On Wednesday, they visited a 29-acre lot in North Plains. There, they found a 6,000 square foot house, a 5,000 square foot barn, and a 13,000 square foot horse arena.
