For the Handyman position experience includes HVAC, some simple cabinetry woodwork, some plumbing, painting, sheetrock, trim, tile, electrical, etc. Must do quality work. Part time, Full time, or as needed. Looking for someone possibly retired. Must be experienced, dependable, honest, and on time. For the Pole Barn laborer, need someone that can frame a pole barn and attach metal siding, metal roofing, and gutters. Pay for each position is negotiable based off of experience.
