West Coast Self-Storage Group is looking for someone to join our Customer Success team in Beaverton. Ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Respond to and follow up with incoming storage inquiries (web chat, SMS text and 1-800 customer support calls)Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (web chat, SMS text and 1-800 customer support calls)Respond to and follow up with reservations from customer inquiries and third-party storage aggregatorsSupport stores in our 80+ network
WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE:
Mad multi-tasking skills!Strong desire to help customersAbility to self-manage while working independentlyAbility to work weekends and some holidays (required)Familiarity with MS Office products (ie: Excel, Word, Outlook)
