looking for cleaning maid to serve AIRBNB/short term rental rooms

I have a single family rental house at 19xx S Langley Street, Arlington, VA. There are 3 rooms I currently rent out as AIRBNB or short term renters from 2-3 months. Room 1AB is an attached in law suite w private entrance on first floor. Share bathroom with 1C guest. This room can host up to 2 guests. Room 1C is another single room on first floor. Share bathroom w 1AB guests. This room is only for a single person. Both 1AB and 1C rooms has hardwood floor and fully furnished. Room 2A is on 2nd floor w carpet. This room also is fully furnished and share the bathroom a room 2B guest who has been there for a long time. I am looking for an experienced cleaning maid who knows how to clean the Airbnb/short term rental rooms and set it up for next guest to check in at 3pm. to clean the room, linked the bathroom and some of the common area: Dining room, front hallway area and kitchen. Room 2A's cleaning also include wiping out the carpeted stairs.' The used sheets can be washed at the laundry room near the kitchen. Please contact me for details. Payment: $50-$60 per clean depend on the rooms, the work load and the condition. Sometimes the owner will come over to bring unwashed linens back to DC home to wash.
