Super friendly cat looking for a new farm hone

Spook is about a year old, SUPER friendly people cat! He is a medium haired all black cat. He follows me around like a dog when he is home, and loves attention. Unfortunately, his favorite thing to do is to escape outside. We live in an area with a lot of dogs and traffic, and it has caused numerous vet visits. We are looking for a farmstead or something similar were he can safely roam outside. There is a small rehoming fee for the right home, and includes all his stuff like his litter box and fancy dishes for food and water. Please contact if you think he would be a good fit for you.
