Laborer needed paid daily

We are looking for someone to fill the position of landscape laborer (no experience) 8hrs.+ daily @ $10/hr. for the next several weeks(pending weather). We offer daily pay at the end of each shift. We offer pick up/drop off if within 10mi. of the office. Part time that could lead to full time, as we are a growing company that provides quality service with quality customer service. All late excuses and no show/no call within first 2 weeks is grounds for termination. Once 2 week period is over, a raise is possible considering performance of individual.
