Description

The Maintenance Coordinator performs maintenance on the Garden's infrastructure, including Garden buildings and rental properties, nursery structures, plumbing, cooling and electrical systems. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for responding to requests for maintenance, prioritized by the Facilities Manager, from staff and renters. Responsible for procuring needed tools and supplies and maintaining them in a tidy and organized work space. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), non-exempt position that reports to the Facilities Manager.
