$1,000 bonus at 90 days. Rayne Water of Santa Barbara is looking for an outgoing, upbeat, ‘customer first’ team member who is driven to succeed as our new Service and Installation Tech. We are a Water Treatment company that primarily installs and services water softeners, conditioners, bottleless coolers and reverse osmosis systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Drive a Company truck to Service, Repair, Maintain or Install Rayne Water Residential and/or Small Business water treatment products in the field. • Accurately complete all service and installation work and paperwork on a daily basis. • Reliable and on time for daily responsibilities. • Responsible for providing excellent communication and customer service to our customers. Requirements: • Must have the ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working environment including but not limited to: bending, twisting, reaching overhead, crawling, working in tight spaces, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 100 pounds. • Must have an acceptable driving record • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Must be a minimum of 21 years old for insurance purposes • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings required Compensation Package: $1,000 bonus at 90 days • $16 - $17/HR Depending on experience • Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation Pay, Paid sick time, 401k Job Type: Full-time PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME OR APPLY IN PERSON at 5336 Overpass Road Santa Barbara, CA 93111
