Abandoned Dog needs New Home

Hey everyone. Reaching out because my cousin found this poor girl on the side of the road and picked her up and took her to a shelter to find out who she belongs to and if she was lost. The dog was microchipped, but apparently they reached out to the owner and he basically told them to "f off" and to never contact him again, so it's very clear the owner just left her on the side of the road, abandoned. My cousin has taken her in for now but he already has 2 large dogs in a small apartment and they're not allowing him to get another. He's unsure of her age, and doesn't think she gets too well along with other dogs so better she goes to a home with no dogs, but says shes as sweet as can be and so cuddly. Please reach out if you or anyone you know is interested. He's tried taking her to shelters but there all at full capacity and he's running out of options before the building forces him to let her go. Thank you.
