Assembly personnel will work on a workbench in a well lit, climate controlled environment. If you are excited to be part of a winning team, this is a great place to grow your career. Individuals should have good hand and eye coordination. Must be capable of handling various basic hand tools to prepare and make wire connections within an electrical enclosure, per provided instructions. Skills required: *Ability to read and follow technical work instructions. *Discern quality of parts and materials used in production. *Follow company procedures and directives. *Alert team leader when any product discrepancies are found. *Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace. *Meet daily product up with expectations. *Good organizational skills and attention to detail. *Proficiency and cutting stripping and crimping wire. *Ability to operate cordless tools.
