Seeking shared band rehearsal room for daytime and evening use. We are a gigging band of professional musicians in our 40s-50s. Ideally would like to have some daytime access to the space for music composition work and have a few evenings a month or weekly rehearsal night for full band rehearsal. We have PA gear, drums, mics, amps that we would like to store in the space. Dedicated production desk for mixing/composing would be a big bonus and we could provide that plus a 16 track digital recording station if needed. Mature, professional musicians only please. We need a place to be creative (and loud).
