We provide continued support for you on the job, and because we are a smaller more boutique company, we spend time with our Care Team and seek to give you what you need for support and job satisfaction. Full and Part Time opportunities are available and schedules are designed to accommodate your ongoing availability. We primarily offer jobs in our clients private home 1-1. Our clients may need basic companionship, or partial or full care. While there is no such thing as a typical client, you can expect to assist our Seniors with meal preparation/cooking, light housekeeping and other daily activities, including running errands or going to appointments. Some clients may need assistance with Personal Care, such as bathing, dressing and toileting; we also provide Memory Care and Hospice Services. We take the time to get to know our clients and pride ourselves on fostering successful long-term relationships between Caregivers, clients and families. Training and Personal Introductions are provided for each new client/caregiver situation and office support is available 24/7. As far as requirements, all candidates must be able to pass a Live Scan (fingerprinting), background check, drug and TB tests; you must also have a clean driving record. Our Caregivers have many different backgrounds and we welcome all levels of experience.
