Pay is one month's rent for each studio you rent. Currently renting one full floor with 3 more floors to go 40 studios total over the next 6 months the quicker you rent them, the quicker you get paid. average studio rents for $600/month..so, a total of about 24K in fees. You do not need a real estate license for this Most of this will be computer work with 2 trips to property/week ( open house on Sundays 10-12 and Wednesday Evenings from 5-7pm) Let me know if interested.
