Maintenance Tech We are looking for honest, experienced, and skilled Handyman/Maintenance Technicians, that has experience in complete interior/exterior renovations, roofing, siding, gutters, painting, kitchens, bathrooms, etc..... Compensation • $22 - $30+ per hour • Weekly Pay • Paid Time Off: Sick Days/Holidays/Vacations • Health Insurance: Medical/Prescription/Vision/Dental Coverage • 401k • Work van provided and driven from home to job sites • Credit Card for gas & material purchases provided. • Doesn’t matter where you live, as you don’t need to come in the office, as you go directly to the job and get paid via direct deposit • Bonuses This is a full-time all year round position for a Maintenance Technician who has experience in handyman work such as demolition, carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, etc.. (Plumbing & roofing is a plus). Responsibilities • Job requirements include: Tenant turn repair projects, General home maintenance work and repairs, Drywall repair • Light Demo Work, Carpentry, Job site cleanup, Trash Outs • Painting experience is a must. • Roofing repairs, Tree removal,Light plumbing,Light electrical. • Applicants are not required to possess all of the skills mentioned above. Qualifications • Must be able to take work order instructions and complete it in a timely fashion • 5+ years of previous construction and/or maintenance/professional trade experience • Work van provided • Health insurance and performance bonuses are offered This is a career position with growth opportunities for individuals looking for all year-round work with a solid company.
