small cleaning company that only does post construction cleanup our primary role is securing final clean scope contracts from commercial general contractors the jobs we are awarded recently are Georgia Tech College of Computing - has not started, hopefully your first job. mid oct Cooks Pest Control (Suite 14) The Mason Augusta Apartments Merchant's Exchange-East Cobb Sacred Journey Hospice Chattahoochee High School First you go to the site with Brenda (the sales manager for Georgia) this is after we are awarded the job. You meet the superintendent and understand the scope of work. you will go to the site on the first day of cleaning, welcome our cleaning crew partner (a subcontractor that has man power and equipment- sometimes....) You do not have to be there every second t he cleaning company is working on the site, but you need to help start and end. the last day for sure. and depending on the job, the middle also. Its about managing the crew and having a good process in place. Brandon can train you on this, of maybe you have some experience. The bad thing, maybe.... The schedule is not a 9-5- the role is not on call. we can have a schedule. construction sites open at 7am. and close around 3-4. we are on site- average 3 days per week. and lets you spend 4 hours per day. including driving to the site. 12 hours at $15 - 180 $350 bi weekly $700 monthly You can choose for your tax status to be employee or independent contractor commission can be included also. we are giving the minimum above. realistic maximum is $5,000 per month. after 6 months.
