Needed to rehome my red napped Amazon parrot. His age is unknown but veterinarian suspects 7yrs old. He is very talkative and loving. But wants to be the center of attention. I will include his cage, perches and food. He is out of his cage from 6am to 6pm. Very tame and absolutely loves children. He will open up to a child way faster then an adult. He really is the perfect kid bird. No child is a stranger to him. He loves to fly around while my kids run around the home. And he is also free flight trained. I've done alot with him and it kills me to let him go. But I rescue sick birds that need alot of attention and it isnt fair to him. I want him happy. Rehoming fee is 650.00 including everything for him. And he also already has a prepaid veterinarian visit in February for his yearly nail trim and beak trim if he needs it, but hes been doing good keeping it dowm himself.
