Responsibilities include: - General maintenance of apartment buildings - General handyman duties at multiple property locations - Apartment vacancy preparation - Completion of job work orders in a timely manner - Miscellaneous carpentry - Minor plumbing, painting, and electrical repairs - Ordering of supplies - Pick-up and delivery of materials - Window repairs - Miscellaneous duties as assigned Requirements: - Ability to work independently and with sound judgment - Ability to take direction, follow-through on assignments, and meet deadlines - Clear, effective communication skills - Professional demeanor and appearance, respectful attitude, and a team player - Reliable transportation, which is large enough to pick-up and transport materials - Valid driver’s license and current car insurance coverage - Own tools - Availability for emergency on-call
