Customer Service Reps or Order Processing Specialist: (714) 869-0780 General Warehouse, Production Assembly, or Forklift Drivers: (714) 371-2364 Duties & Responsibilities: -Customer Service Rep: •Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Outlook •Available on the phone for inbound calls approximately 80% of assigned schedule. •Document every call with actions taken to resolve issue or inquiry. •Quickly, accurately, and professionally answer inbound calls regarding inquires on placing new orders; include explanation of gifts and services available features and benefits and costs. •Be able to successfully manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload while paying attention to detail. •Be able to work with others to provide a team player work environment. •Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment -Order Processing Specialist: •Handle inbound and outbound calls •Input data into the Customer Relationship Software to keep customer record updated •Entering accurate order requests; ensuring specific customer requirements are followed. •Following up on special requests and orders, reviewing customer’s needs and matching needs to product, updating customer files and profiles. •Accurate data entry of customer orders to include ship methods and greetings. •Determine the most efficient shipping method for orders based on customer’s delivery needs.
