Description
MAJOR DUTIES:
1. Must report to the Manager/Assistant Manager daily
2. Must maintain lobby by keeping it clean and sanitized
3. Keep mailboxes clean
4. Water plants, planters, grass, walkways/planting of plants and flowers
5. Remove cobwebs
6. Remove trash daily
7. Remove graffiti from signs
8. Meticulously maintain front of building for curbside appeal
9. Sweep and/or wash entrance
10. Trash outs (no furniture or heavy items)
11. Wash all walkways and decks as needed
12. Wash/clean stairways and rails
13. Sweep and pick up trash on entire property
14. Remove buildup/dirt on decks
15. Clean behind washers and dryers in laundry room
16. Wipe down all machines
17. Clean lint filters
18. Dust the ceiling fans
19. Remove laundry room trash daily
20. Special projects as needed
21. Drywall repair, replacement, taping, topping and texturing
22. Ceilings, acoustic, plaster and texturing. All aspects of paperwork prior to painting
23. Cabinets and woodwork preparation including sanding, stripping, patching, caulking and priming
24. Exterior work including stucco repairs, patching and texturing, walkway patching and repairing
25. Removal of linoleum and sub-flooring
26. Painting with all types of materials: latex, oil, stains, urethanes, lacquers, epoxies, etc.
27. Application by roller, brush or sprayer
REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid driver’s license and provide necessary documents required by the government for employment. Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
