Tortoise Habitat Need Soil

We have two rescued CA Desert Tortoises that have been tagged by Fish & Game. We need to build up our habitat and are in need of healthy soil that has not been sprayed with insecticide or that has been mixed with packaged soil containing additives. If you are digging up some dirt and would like to offer some for our project, I would be grateful. One of our gals will go into brumation at the beginning of November but the new one, 50 years old, was just rescued from Animal Services and needs to stay up all winter to ensure she is healthy. I will reply to serious offers of help only. CA Desert Tortoises are an Endangered Species.
