Famous 4 Colors is looking for an energetic, organized and motivated shipping lead to assist with incoming and outgoing shipments at our fulfillment center located in Uptown Butte. Famous 4 Colors is a promotional product agency focused on producing high quality corporate swag (think t-shirts, mugs, stickers, hats, etc). • Part-time to Full-time hours available. • No previous shipping experience required!! • Email or call today to set up an interview. _______ Responsibilities and Duties: • Must be able to lift 50 pounds • Package and prepare shipments • Add shipment details to shipping software, and choose the correct carrier and service • Track shipments and deliveries • Intake inventory, check against sales order and packing list • Manage delivery schedules noting incoming deliveries and carriers on calendar • Communicate with FedEx, UPS, and USPS to solve shipping issues quickly • Maintain shipping supplies - boxes, labels, tissue paper, etc • Coordinate with carriers for large batch shipment pickups and timely drop-offs if necessary Experience: • Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and G-Suite • Previous experience with Shipstation or Cloud-based shipping and inventory software (favorable but not required) • Familiar with main shipping carriers FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc Opportunities for Growth!
