Experienced vinyl plank Flooring Installer / Handyman 12-15/hr (North Little Rock, AR ) Need experienced vinyl plank Flooring Installer to do the floor installation at my home in North Little Rock area. Please respond via text messages with your experience and how much per hour you are looking to make. My home size is around 1400 sq feet. You must have prior experience installing vinyl plank Flooring. Must have own basic hand/power tools to do your job. You must have your reliable vehicle/ transportation. You must be at least 25 years old or older, speak and understand English, be able to add/subtract and use a tape measure, have good hygiene/manners/people skills. Must bring your own lunch or have lunch money etc. Musts: energetic, hard working, detail oriented, ability to take direction, able to work all day, honest, trustworthy, reliable, communicative, comfortable with power tools, can continually lift 100 lbs, can measure/cut accurately and fast Please DO NOT apply if you: are not physically fit (must be able to pick up 100 lbs.), use/abuse alcohol/drugs at job or have a recent felony conviction, are not punctual, are not organized, have personal hygiene issues, do not communicate well, are not able to work well with others or are not able to follow simple instructions (see my request for how to reply below)! I do not want to have to baby sit you! This is not a job for someone who needs me to put gas in their car to go look at the project or is down to their last dime. I don't want any drama and I am sure you don't want it from me either! I want you to be an independent sub-contractor I pay same day by cash after completing some of the work. You will not get paid nothing in advance so please don't ask.
