To apply, click the link below: We are hiring program installers for our telecommunications client in the following market: Fort Smith, AR – Fayetteville, AR (Driving Travel Stip-End included) You can view this map to learn the areas within your market that we are focusing on (if you are near two markets, you can apply for them both): There are multiple elements to this program (dates listed below): 1) Receive Inventory 2) Install at Coffee Shop Experience/Donation (10/21-10/23) - 1 day of work 3) Pickup Up at Coffee Shop Experience/Donation (10/27-10/28) - 1 day of work 4) Delivery to First Responders/Veterans (Pre-made kits and Donations) 10/28-11/10 - 1 day of work Note: You must have a personal vehicle to be able to transport multiple inventory items. As an installer you will visit secured coffee shop locations in advance and visit a list of First Responder/Veteran locations on map. Each market has a dedicated amount of coffee shops and first responder locations. There are 2 elements to this program that is focused on a coffee donation drive, 1) The Coffee Shop Visit and the 2)Hometown Hero Delivery. The Coffee Shop visit is: 1) bringing inventory items that are shipped to your home and 2) setting up the donation experience, as well as 3) visiting the same location a few days later to pick up donated coffee items and cleaning up (minimal). 4) Take the donated items (coffee bags), combine it with the KITS (explained below) and disperse them equally to the locations as part of the Hometown Hero Delivery listed below. We expect the process at each store should be no more than 30 minutes for the 1st visit and 15 minutes for the 2nd visit. The Hometown Hero Delivery is: 1) receiving different inventory items that have premade KITS (which make up of two healthy Snack boxes and 3 additional coffee bags (stickers will need to be adhered) and 2) combine the kits with the Coffee Shop pickup donations to equally disperse to First Responders (Fire Dpt, EMS, Police Dpt) and VFWs. This delivery process onsite should be less than 10 minutes to delivery and get sign-off. All Coffee shops will be confirmed prior to arrival. All First Responders (Fire Dpt, EMS, Police Dpt) and VFWs will be just show up and deliver and have individuals sign off that they received delivery. These locations are at will and we will provide a map of the closest locations within a 25 mile radius. Compensation varies for each market and is based on the number of installs for your market. Expected hourly rate is based over an 8 hour day and can range from $28-$30 per hour (this estimate includes travel/inventory/training pay).
