Looking for recording studio for band

Hello - I am looking for an inexpensive studio to record a couple of demos for my band (drums, bass, 2 guitars, vocals). We don't want to spend too much $$ so I'm looking for a studio that has enough tracks to record all the instruments simultaneously - 16 tracks? I can probably mix it down myself, so I would to be able to get the WAV files copied to a USB drive. Thanks!
