I am in a situation where residential custody has not been established by either parent. I am in search of the actual name of the form I would need to file. I’ve phoned the court clerk an they are instructed that even in the event of the general question that is somehow considered as “legal advice” an that they are in no form of that of anybody in the legal/law (attorney) field. If anybody that could assist me in the form I’m in need of…. I would greatly appreciate your help! Thank you!!!
