Horse Manure Cleanup - paid daily

We have roughly 30 acres of land. There is about 12 or so acres that have horse maneur on it. What we are looking for is for someone to come with their own tools (i.e. rake or....) and provide garbage bags to place the manure in. At the end of each day we will pay your hourly rate but.... need the bags removed each day- we do not want it to collect on property. I would estimate for one person to clean up all this --....just an estimate working 6 -8 hour days - that it would take about 3 days... could be less? So -- kindly provide me with your daily rate or hourly rate - and please confirm that you would be able to provide the tools and at the END of each day remove the bags. We can get started ASAP. Thank you.
