Open house, this Sunday from 10-12 Address is 50 Suffolk St (use rear entrance please) Lots of parking, 12 ft ceilings. Prices/rent range from $550 to $850 The ENTIRE building is being converted, but, we're only doing one floor at a time! EVERY OCCUPANT MUST BE AN ARTIST (of some type). All aplicants will be vetted by Erica (co-owner) who is an artist....and will know if someone is faking being an artists...sorry to sound like a jerk, but it happens...we DO need to screen people...don't care WHAT kind of artist, as long as they're artists!!!!
