Full Name Phone Number Email Address Location(s) Available to work – City/State- Event Marketing experience – Brands you have represented – Experiential experience – Skills/traits – Job Requirements: • Activate on/off premise samplings and events • Generate brand awareness and positive product impression to increase sales • Timely completion of all reports, paperwork, and ongoing training • Set up and breakdown as referenced in training manual Qualifications for Alcohol Sampler Team Specialist: • Must be punctual, reliable, professional and possess GREAT Customer Service • Must be able to work on your feet indoor/outdoors for long periods of time • Must work well in an individual or team environment & be flexible • Must be able to take direction well & willing to make changes in real time Requirements for Applicants: • Must be at least 21 years of age & be able to fill w-2 requirements • Must posses two forms of valid government issued identification • Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite location(s) • Must be TIPS certified • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights & weekends
