Citadel Roofing and Solar is looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join our growing Team. This position is based in Fresno, CA. This is a full-time position. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Specialist for our small but growing warehouse in Fresno. Responsibilities: Prepare and ship material from the warehouse / arrange for all deliveries Receive all material shipped to the Warehouse by vendors Conducts/participates in physical inventories to verify stock and losses Loads and unloads delivery trucks (receiving stock and/or filling orders) Maintain manual and electronic documents, files and records (such as purchase orders, receipts, delivery logs, inventory, etc.) Operate warehouse equipment as needed (hand truck, pallet jack, forklift, etc.) Research order discrepancies with the appropriate department and/or vendor. Ensure that incorrect deliveries and/or damaged material is returned appropriately and timely Assist with status of delivery, invoices, billing, etc as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent desired Warehouse/Purchasing experience desired; receiving, stocking, storing Knowledge of roofing and solar material Ability to maintain safe and clean work environment Communicates and works well with others Excellent customer service skills Ensures all processes and procedures are followed Attention to detail Forklift experience. Forklift certification helpful but not required (we’ll certify you) Strong computer skills Must have valid drivers’ license and clean DMV Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical and drug test Citadel Roofing and Solar offers a competitive compensation package.
