Now hiring snow removal crew members for the winter season. Proven and reliable staff members over the winter will have the opportunity for full time landscape work in the spring. -Must be available and reliable when it snows (sometimes on short notice, we are subject to Mother Nature). -Must be able to provide own transportion to shop location on east side of Madison. -A driver's license is NOT required, but is helpful and provide you more opportunity. -Pay range $16-$25 per hour, based on experience/qualifications. -Job requires moving, lifting, etc.. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds. -You will need to dress appropriately and be prepared to be outside in winter weather. -You will operate snow blowers, shovels, salt spreaders, possibly snow plows for the right candidates. -We service a mix of commercial and residential properties in Madison.
