Missing orange and white cat

I've been missing my kitty for over 2 weeks. I've made phone calls to animal shelters and made posts about him but i haven't found him yet. A cat that resembled him was spotted around Fullerton Whitehall but we couldn't locate him there. He's white with orange markings, not fixed, no collar, he should feel very soft if you pet him.
