Help me find this puppy

On Saturday evening, October 2nd, my brother, Michael Gallie, a homeless Navy vet, was struck and killed by a truck in Fayetteville, Tennessee. Just days before, he was given a puppy. He was waiting on a VA disability check and could not care for her. He gave her to someone in a grocery store to care for until he could come get her. Please look at the photo and see if you recognize the pup - he named her Mouse - or the surroundings in the picture. Anything that might help me find her. Maybe you know someone who just got a pup like this in the last two weeks? This is a longshot, but I had to try. I am in KY for another three days before I go back to our farm in Montana. I would like to take Mouse with me. Having trouble with photo. I will try to attach it later.
