We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to perform service calls and maintenance on existing systems and install new systems in the Greater Boston/Cambridge area, this position requires 50%-60% of local daily travel (no overnights). Duties include assisting water system installations and builds, periodic inspections, and maintenance work on systems in the field. This requires attention to detail, communication, and commitment to customer service. A strong hands-on background in field service work and customer service is a must, with the ideal candidate having 3-5 years of experience working on Reverse Osmosis equipment, a strong electrical background is a plus. All applicants must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and have a clean driving record.
