Part Time Fabricator / Welder Needed

I'm looking for someone willing to work in Cleburne who has some experience in metal fabrication and absolutely positively must know how to use a tape measure and make accurate cuts. Specifically, we will be plasma cutting shipping containers, MIG welding items onto and into the shipping container. There is some TIG work too which I can handle or pass along if you got the skills. Also some sheet metal work w/ a brake and lots of screw driving. I also have a red iron steel building to erect. Single story, not huge. Pay is tied to your rate and quality of production. Show me you can work independently without me having to babysit you to MY STANDARDS OR BETTER and I have no problem paying $25-$30 /hr. You gotta earn it though. I will 1099 you as an independent contractor. Guaranteed $15 an hour for the first day to evaluate you. Wow me and get an instant up to 100% raise. I work from 8AM until 10 or 11PM Monday - Friday and most of Sunday. I don't expect you to do the same, but if I'm working, you can be too. I provide tools and consumables. Well it could be for a few weeks but once the crunch is over, work will be sporadic unless you really show me you are something special and then I will find work for you. I'm a no bs dude.
