Openings for a dependable and friendly individual to work for a large, well established (35+ years) janitorial services company in the Greater Philadelphia Area.. Full-time positions available with Benefits. Salaried position with flexibility to work various schedule. Five or more years experience as an area manager overseeing multiple commercial cleaning accounts. Responsibilities include: Hiring staff Payroll Reporting Quality Control/Inspections of various locations Customer Service/Meetings with Customer Staffing and oversight of jobs Managing & ordering supplies and equipment Maintaining equipment/regular preventive maintenance Scheduling of periodic services You must have your own dependable transportation.
