Description

We are a full service, concrete, site work, and utility contractor based in the Houston area. We are seeking a full-time estimator with experience in construction estimating and bidding. Responsibilities: • Thoroughly understand plans and specifications of all parts of construction from ground up including concrete work, site work, utilities, etc. • Experience with bidding and estimating software (a plus) • Review proposal specifications, drawings, documents to determine scope of work and require contents of estimate • Maintain current vendor material price lists • Prepare estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work • Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits and turn bids in • Attend and participate in pre-construction meetings Qualifications • Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction bidding • Bilingual • COH and surrounding areas experience a must Currently accepting applications at our location Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm 4247 Fuqua Houston TX 77048
