An ALL ONE system is the only way for that demand, YET, AVL City Schools and Buncombe Co School Board members, City Council and County Commissioners ALL maintain their RACIST democrat behavior of exclusivity... How many millions of $$$ can be saved per year with ONE system for ALL ?
