Plumber or Plumbing Subcontractor for New Homes

I have need of a Rough In Plumber or Plumbing Subcontractor for upcoming new homes, remodels, additions etc. I have a bunch of upcoming jobs and am looking for plumbers or crews who can rough in and trim out plumbing. I can pay by the piece or by the house whichever you prefer. Licensed or unlicensed does not matter. Insurance is preferred. We will have all material delivered to the job site and be available to answer questions and pick up additional material if needed. We pay 1/2 upfront and 1/2 after inspection for rough in and trim out. Per fixture price is negotiable but will be between $200-$250 per fixture dependent upon new home or remodel/renovation. Please have at least two people that can vouch for your abilities. I have 11 new homes in near future that I cannot do myself and more will be coming so if you are looking for steady work then this might be good for both of us.
