Need to Hire Labor for 2 Month

I need to hire 2 people for work that I have contracted in the area for the next 2 months. Work includes pressure-washing, painting, cleaning, etc. I am paying $15.- per hour plus bonus at the end of each project, as long as the job grades out an A & customer is happy. Must have own transportation. Must have positive & professional attitude...no drama, no slackers. Pay is every Friday.
