Crew Member Responsibilities Load materials, tools, and equipment on the company truck for each job Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods; jobs include drainage systems, foundation repairs, and working in crawl spaces & basements Unload and clean the truck upon return to the company Provide a remarkable experience to our customers Be a team player with 3-4 other crew members Crew members work Monday-Friday; typically 8-10 hour days Crew Member Qualifications Construction experience is preferable, but not required A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record (chauffer’s license is not required, but can offer a higher pay scale) Unrestricted lifting ability Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl Ability to work overtime if needed (time and a half pay for overtime) If you pride yourself in your work ethic and want an employer who will value your hard work, apply today to join our team.
