A residential mid cities home owner needs to hire someone to work weekdays, couple days/week; 4-8 hours/day; Work is mostly outside; but, some inside work needed depending on one's skill set. Prefer a retired person or someone looking for a second or fill in job. We have a couple of acres plus residence and out buildings to maintain and need someone that is able to be available to work part time year round. Work will range from yard work, such as bed weeding and bed and hedge maintenance to painting, carpentry, caulking, tile repair, board replacements, irrigation repair, hardscape work, some inside remodel, etc. etc. Criteria: Speak clear English, have experience in work described; no drugs; non smoker, have good work ethic and like work with your hands.
