I run a small (5 employees) business in the commercial HVAC industry. I am looking to hire someone that is wanting to learn this trade in the industry. This is a niche side to the industry and we have been in business for over 20 years. I am looking to hire someone to mainly work out at Texas Instruments in Dallas. They are one of our biggest customers and we have been given an opportunity to expand our work at this site. It will be a 40 hour a week job Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM. It will be 8 months worth of work, but will pay for 12 months. It will be October through May. You will have June through September off and still be paid. It will be 30K starting out with bonus available of 3 to 5K on top of your salary if job is done well. So basically 25 an hour for 8 months worth of work, but we will pay it over the 12 months so you won’t go 4 months without pay. We pay on the 1st & 15th of every month. We also will provide a company vehicle for you as well. We do not have health care or retirement at this time. We will provide all equipment necessary for you to do your job. The requirements to work out at Texas Instruments will be a clean background, pass drug test, valid drivers license and be fully vaccinated for COVID 19.
