Need handyman to assist property manager

I manage a few properties in Salem, and could use some help once in awhile when the need arises. You don't have to be able to do all of these things, but here's a list: Yard rake, mowing, trim trees. Clean gutters and downspouts. Clean moss from roof. Wash outside of building. Some painting. Replace a faucet. Light toilet repair, like a flapper. Replace a broken light switch. Fix or replace a fence. I can pay by the job or by the hour. Any expenses you have, like a dump fee, get paid by me as well. I'm flexible on when you can do this, so it could be before or after your regular job, for example. Reply via email then I'll call you. Thank you for your interest.
