Good afternoon we are a small general contractor in the Temecula Valley, we are currently looking to expand and bring on some new craftsmen who are looking to stay very busy work locally we once in awhile go to orange county or north county San Diego, I'm really focused on skilled and dependable guys that have the proper tool and vehicle. We are currently looking at the following skill sets 1. Tile setter must know floors and showers must know how to build showers 2. Drywall hanger and taper who can also texture and paint 3. Carpenter framing demo hanging doors baseboards casing crown molding cabinet installation 4. Plumber must know rough to finish Permits are pulled on all our projects so must understand codes and reading plans and elevation details. We are serious when hiring as its a crazy time where people don't commit to their work we are looking for some long term guys. If your a small licensed sub feel free to send me your information. If your are not licensed we don't pay piece rate or allow a worker to bid like a contractor on our jobs it too much of a liability and with our clients we can't work like that.
