Seeking 1099 subcontractors for semi-custom and custom level residential painting and sheetrock projects. Both new construction and renovations that range from 1000 to 6000+ s.f., 1 to 3 stories. Sheetrock / Gypsum may include hanging / installation, finishing, point-up, sanding, disposal, repairs, etc. Painting may include, but is not limited to, interior and exterior painting, spraying, staining, caulking, priming, sanding, puttying, cleaning and prepping areas to paint, wallpaper removal, etc. Must have own tools, equipment, and transportation. Must have 2 forms of valid I.D. plus SSN or EIN.
