Superintendent – Full Time – RESIDENT/LIVE IN - ON-SITE SUPERINTENDENT with minimum 3 years’ experience for well-maintained 52 unit development in beautiful area of East Orange. Must have strong skills in plumbing, electric, carpentry, spackling & painting and good work ethic. Also responsible for showing apartments to prospective tenants on weekends & early evenings, and be on-site for after-hour emergencies. Valid driver’s license, your own car and tools are a must.
