Element Farms is looking for a LEAD in our packing room to help lead our packing team in getting orders out to customers. Our new LEAD should have some warehouse, production, or manufacturing supervisory experience and be quick on their feet, pleasant to be around, and organized. They should also have a decent grasp on math and be a good communicator with both colleagues and management. The PACKING LEAD should be comfortable working in a 45-degree cooler and standing and/or moving around for the duration of their shift. The Role: The Greenhouse Packing Co-Lead plays a crucial role in serving our customers by helping us pack, organize, and track our tasty greens. Duties may include tracking product inventory, creating the day’s action plan, leading the team, organizing product for shipping, monitoring food safety protocol, and more. Previous experience: Three (3) years in a supervisory role in manufacturing, warehouse, food service, or agriculture is a must.
