Rooted MKE is hosting our first of six fundraising family meals and live children’s book readings! Bring the kids and enjoy a night out Enjoy a 3 course plated meal catered by the amazing Jason Alston of the award winning BBQ restaurant, Heavens Table. Relax and decompress while taking in the coziness of Dandy’s beautiful event space and let the kids be kids! Each family will walk away with a gift bag filled with local goodies. All proceeds will be used to support start up costs and renovations for Rooted MKE, BIPOC children’s bookstore and makers space opening on this Fall. Please note when purchasing tickets that there are 2 seatings for this dinner. One begins at 4:00 and ends at 5:30. The second begins at 6:00 and ends at 7:30pm. We can’t wait to see you! This is a limited ticket, fundraising event Tickets must be purchased in advance We are gathering children and want to ensure we are being responsible with their health & safety. For the event, event goers must be prepared to show a vaccination card, or negative COVID test taken no more than 3 days prior to the event for entry (with the exception of children under 12).
